A late 19th century diamond star ‘sunburst’ brooch set with 3 carats of old mine cut diamonds in silver upon 18ct gold comprised of a central set diamond around which a six point floral head border sits above a further twelve, stepped ‘rays’. Circa 1880.

• Hallmark: Unmarked, tested throughout as 18ct gold and silver using a touchstone
