A late 19th century diamond star brooch, with twelve points set with old-cut diamonds, in grain settings, around a central old-cut diamond in a raised star shaped setting, with the longer points superimposed on the shorter points. Mounted in silver-upon-gold, with a removable brooch fitting, with a later roller catch. Circa 1890.
