A Large vintage Attilio Codognato memento mori double face medallion and chain, handcrafted of solid 14ct yellow gold and silver depicting two memento mori enamelled scenes embellished by rock crystal, diamonds, citrine, dendritic agate and carnelian.
One side bears the Gothic inscription TIMOR MORTIS CONTURBAT ME, in silver
Book chain is of solid 14ct gold signed Codognato
