A vintage Tiffany & Co necklace with six pink, blue and yellow sapphire star pendant drops to a diamond set top in platinum. The comet of fancy coloured sapphire stars is suspended from three swagged platinum chains. The sapphires are estimated to weigh a total of 5 carats and the diamonds an estimated total of 0.15ct.
