A spectacular vintage sapphire and diamond 18ct gold ring by Cartier. This magnificent ring features a central cabochon cut sapphire, surrounded by 16 brilliant cut diamonds with an approx. weight of 0.48ct in a chain link design, all set in 18ct yellow gold. Circa 1990.
