A stunning natural pear cut sapphire from Madagascar, set in a contemporary claw set mount with 19 bright brilliant cut diamonds in the surround.

The central sapphire is set with yellow gold claws to match the plain gold bale.

The open basket is white gold as is the chain it hangs from.
