A unique moonstone and padparadscha sapphire pendant in 18ct white gold. A fine quality pear shape 4.64ct Madagascan moonstone topped by a pear shape 1.29ct Sri Lanka Padparadscha sapphire.

Both gemstones certificated as without heat treatment.
