Vintage 18ct white gold dress ring by Mauboussin Paris, set with an 8.56 carat cushion-cut natural sapphire of Burmese (Myanmar) origin. The sapphire is claw-set and surrounded by pavé-set round brilliant-cut diamonds, extending along bifurcated shoulders. Signed and hallmarked, circa 1980's.
