A stunning pair of vintage diamond chandelier drop earrings. Composed of 2cts round brilliant-cut diamond tops in rub over settings, suspending an interlinked chain of Edwardian-cut diamonds onto an openwork dome of grain set old-cut diamonds, with a larger rub over set Edwardian-cut diamond in the centre, which suspends a lower fringe of rub over set diamonds. Mounted in platinum, with millegrain edges. Circa 1935.
