An early 20th century ruby and diamond heart locket pendant, in 18ct gold and platinum, with one compartment pavé set with old-cut diamonds and centered with three oval rubies. The reverse is open worked with a heart motif and encircled by a frieze of chased foliage with a diamond-set bail, circa 1900.
