A pair of late Georgian/early Victorian diamond drop earrings, set with charming chunky old mine cut diamonds in pineapple design cluster top which was a representation of friendship and hospitality, suspending a crescent moon representing love and fertility with three articulated tassel drops to mirror the candelabra. Mounted in silver upon gold. Circa 1830.
