A stunning pair of diamond cluster drop earrings. These day and night earrings are adorned with 7.40 carats of old mine-cut and table-cut diamonds in closed-back settings. The pear-shaped diamond cluster drops can be detached from the diamond cluster tops to create a versatile pair of earrings. Mounted in silver upon 15ct gold, with later antique 18ct gold replacement post and butterfly fittings. Circa 1800.
