In his jewellery, Carl Fabergé - court jeweller to the Czar - created immortal masterpieces of the jeweller's art in ultimate perfection. In 1918, he and his head work-master fled from the Russian Revolution. Production ended. 70 years on, the house of Fabergé once more found a qualified head work-master, who fully commands the old techniques and understands the intricacies of enamel preparation. In 1990, Victor Mayer has been commissioned to resume manufacture of original Fabergé object
