This Edwardian style openwork imperial topaz and diamond cluster drop pendant is set in 18 carat white gold. The 1.24 carat pear cut topaz is surrounded by a cluster of brilliant cut diamonds with a double collet of brilliant cut diamonds attaching the pendant to the 23 mm chain.
