Edwardian Antique Heart Opal and Diamond Pendant Brooch

A stunning, Belle Epoque opal and diamond brooch. The heart shaped cabochon opal is surrounded by diamonds topped with a diamond bow, suspended from a later added diamond set navette section with central round cabochon opal with central old mine-cut diamond link connecting the two parts. Presented in fitted antique box. Exceptional quality made by hand.

Round opal: 6.3mm diameter
Principal diamond: approx. 0.45 carats
