A stunning navette shaped cluster brooch, featuring a 1ct oval cushion-shaped Royal blue sapphire bezel set in 18ct yellow gold to the centre of an openwork design platinum brooch set with 1.10 carats of sparkling old-cut diamonds, accented with delicate millegrain edging. Circa 1900.
