Early Victorian Antique Turquoise Parrot Stick Pin Brooch

A unique and eye-catching, late 19th century stick pin, composed of a parrot set throughout with natural round cabochon-cut turquoise, accented with ruby eyes. Mounted in silver to 9ct yellow gold, secured with an 18ct gold safer. Circa 1840.

Turquoise (58): ranging from 1.8mm to 2.5mm
Rubies (2): 1.5mm in diameter
