A vintage, late 20th century 18ct yellow and white gold diamond heart pendant, by ME Riedel. Circa 1980's.

The central 1.15ct heart-shaped diamond drop is surrounded by a moving heart-shaped cluster of diamonds totalling a further 9 carats, all set on a heart-shaped gold background. This stunning pendant is suspending from an 18ct white and yellow gold mesh chain, studded with diamond links in-between.
