A unique, one-of-a-kind Alexander III The Great Tetradrachm coin dating from circa 250-170 BC set in 18ct yellow gold accented with 0.30ct brilliant cut diamond detailed mount.

The original ancient coin comes with a certificate of authenticity and depicts the head of Hercules in a lion skin to the obverse and Zeus seated holding an eagle to the reverse.
