Cartier Vintage Ruby and Platinum Dress Set, Circa 1950s

A vintage Cartier dress set crafted from platinum and set with rubies; comprising a pair of cufflinks, four buttons and two studs.

The buttons and cufflink heads are each set with two rows of eight calibre-cut rubies, the collar studs are set with a single row of three calibre-cut rubies, mounted in flat polished discs of platinum. The cufflinks have chain fittings, the buttons have removable split rings
