Cartier Vintage Diamond Gold Cocktail Watch

A Cartier gold back winder watch, with a rectangular silvered and buff dial, the 12 and 6 are in Arabic numerals, the remainder are painted black stick indexes, the dial is signed Cartier; the hands are blue steel, with a bevelled crystal; in a rectangular gold case, with six round brilliant-cut diamonds set in the shoulders. The strap has angular gold loops at the shoulders, with square double snake chains, with a lever safety clasp. The back of the case is stamped Swiss and numbered 80834 and 5250. The case is marked 18 and 750, with a Swiss, women's head, hallmark for La Chaux-de-Fonds office, with a maker's mark.
