A beautiful vintage Cartier diamond heart pendant necklace set in 18ct yellow gold. The classic 18ct yellow gold heart motif pendant is pave set with sparkling brilliant-cut diamonds and hangs from a diamond-set bail. Suspended on a 16-18 inch trace chain.

Signed and hallmarked Cartier Paris, 750, with the serial number 246631. Circa 1990’s.

Diamonds: approx. 1.25 carat total, F/G colour with VVS clarity
The chain is unbranded (not Cartier), but is included in the price
Dimensions: 1.0cm x 1.2cm (including bail)
