A stunning antique Belle Epoque garland pendant; featuring a 3.65ct natural cornflower blue sapphire central to two diamond-set scrolls nestling a round natural white pearl, below which another natural cornflower blue sapphire and natural pearl are suspended from diamond set links. Set in platinum and backed with 18ct gold. Circa 1910.
