Art Nouveau Opal And Demantoid Garnet Pendant-Brooch

A beautiful antique opal and demantoid garnet brooch~pendant set throughout with precious opals that display a rainbow of colours from the turn of the last century. A festoon of floral opal clusters, estimated to weigh a total of 3.80 carats, with four demantoid garnet centres, also known as green garnets, estimated to weigh a further total of 0.25ct, set in 15ct gold. On the reverse there is a '15CT' stamp and the metal tests as high carat gold plus a shepherd hook pendant fitting and separate brooch fitting.
