An antique trefoil pendant has a blue sapphire, pink sapphire and peridot to the centre with an aquamarine drop, framed by rose cut diamonds, all to a platinum setting and gold mount. This pendant has a rose cut diamond set bale and hangs from an 18ct yellow gold curb chain.
