Art Deco Style Platinum Gem-Set Eye of Horus Earrings

A striking pair of modern platinum earrings in the Art Deco taste, designed with strong Egyptian Revival influence. Each earring is surmounted by an Eye of Horus motif, suspended from a vertical line of round brilliant-cut diamonds, above a geometric hexagonal plaque decorated with pavé-set diamonds and a stylised figural motif picked out in rubies, yellow sapphires, emeralds and blue sapphires.

The design is bold, architectural and highly decorative, with excellent contrast between the white brilliance of the diamonds and the vivid coloured stones. These are statement earrings with a strong Deco-inspired presence, executed with fine detail and lively colour.
