A pair of sapphire and diamond drop earrings, each earring has been set with a four calibre cut Synthetic sapphires with a centre old cut diamond and a geometric surround of rose cut diamonds in an open work. peg and butterfly settings

• Metal: The back has been tested as 18ct yellow gold and the front is tested as 18ct white gold

Diamonds
Two old mine brilliant cut diamonds with an estimated weight of 0.34ct colour and clarity H/K, si/i
26 rose cut diamonds and single cuts. .
All diamond weights, color grades and clarity are approximate since stones are not removed from their mounts to preserve the integrity of the setting.

Sapphires:
Eight sapphires (lab produced) (also called verneuil sapphire). The fact that these stones are lab produced has no influence on the value of this jewel. Natural sapphires and lab produced sapphires were both used in this era, rather more for their effect than for their intrinsic value.
