Art Deco Old Cut Diamond Heart Brooch with Natural Pearl

An elegant Art deco openwork heart design brooch set with 1.85 carats of old-cut diamonds, with a beautiful natural pearl suspended in the centre. Mounted in silver and backed with 18ct gold. Circa 1920's.

Tested positive for 18ct gold and sterling.
