Antique Art Deco period dress ring featuring a central band of graduating old-cut diamonds flanked by baguette cut sapphires and an outer border of old cut diamonds. Mounted in platinum on an 18ct yellow gold shank. Circa 1920's

Ring band has been tested positive for 18ct gold, and the stones are set in platinum.
