A beautiful pair of Art Deco inspired 13.20ct star sapphire and diamond earrings set in 18ct white gold. Each earring is predominantly set with a beautiful lilac coloured star sapphire which is securely four claw set to centre. The sapphires are then surrounded by an array of pavé set round brilliant cut diamonds in a rectangular shaped setting. Both star sapphires exhibit a clear and defined 6 rayed star under a single light beam, an extremely desirably quality in stones like this. Notably one of the stones does have a slight inclusion to the top, however, this does not alter the way the stone reacts with the light and is near unnoticeable once on the ear. Inclusions are naturally formed within stones and are what makes them unique. The earrings are fitted with a post and omega clip fitting.
