A stunning early 20th century sapphire and diamond dress ring; featuring a central 2.81ct cushion-cut unheated Burmese natural sapphire set within a pierced platinum frame decorated with old mine-cut and rose-cut diamonds with calibre sapphire accents. Made in France, Circa 1920.
- Principal Sapphire: 2.81 carat natural Burmese sapphire with no indication of treatment, measures 8.71 x 7.98 mm. Comes fully certified by GCS London laboratory report 79215-11
- Diamonds: 24 old mine cut Diamonds and 20 rose cut Diamonds, totalling approx 1.10 carats, G colour, VVS/VS clarity
- Remaining Sapphires: approx 0.60 carats
- Metal: Platinum
- Hallmarks: French import assay
- Ring size: M 1/4 (UK) / 6.25 (US)
