An antique sapphire and diamond ring in platinum with sky blue round cut sapphire, estimated to weigh 1 carat, to a gold collar setting. The sapphire is surrounded by a halo of old cut diamonds, estimated to weigh a further 0.20ct, set in a rub over scallop edged setting.
