Art Deco Diamond And Ruby Drop Earrings In Platinum

A gorgeous pair of original Art Deco diamond and ruby drop earrings set in platinum. Echoing the Art Deco era perfectly; the earrings are composed of an elegant drop, consisting of fine platinum craftsmanship and a mixture of eight cut, old cut and transitional cut diamonds. To the centre of the earrings are three square cut rubies which add the perfect pop of colour to the pair. The earrings are secured to reverse with a post and butterfly fitting. The articulated setting allows the stones to catch the light superbly. The rubies are a vibrant pinkish-red colour, suspected Burmese in origin, and pop on the ear nicely. They are accompanied by a fitted box.
