A stunning circular antique pendant-come-brooch composed of several millegrain circles set with old-cut and rose-cut diamonds accented with tapered baguette-cut sapphires. The central suspended old-cut diamond is surrounded by three further larger old-cut diamonds and sapphires along with additional borders of old-cut and rose-cut diamonds. Suspended on a diamond and sapphire set chain. Mounted in platinum upon 18ct yellow gold. Circa 1915-1920.

The pendant is removable and can be worn separately as a brooch.
