An old cut diamond topped yellow sapphire pendant mounted in 18ct yellow gold, the antique 15 carat cushion cut sapphire originating from Madagascar and certificated as without heat treatment, suspended from an articulated diamond set top section attached to a trace link chain in 18ct yellow gold, the old cut diamonds weighing 0.21 and 0.07 carat respectively; approx. 24 mm long, with fitted case.
