An antique snake bangle; featuring a pear shape sapphire, set in a textured gold head with a foliate design, accented with cabochon-cut ruby eyes, onto an 18ct gold coiled body, with a hinge and box and tongue clasp.

Circa 1875, with later French owl import marks.

Measurements: Circumference approximately 165mm
