A late Victorian ruby and diamond crescent pendant, set with graduating, cushion-shaped, faceted rubies, alternating with old-cut diamonds, terminating with two, rose-cut diamonds, at each end, in grain settings. With a cut-down side and pierced gallery and a knife-edge on the other side. Mounted in gold. Circa 1880, with a modern, 16", 18ct yellow gold trace chain.

Very good condition- with light wear consistent with age and use
