A stunning openwork trefoil design ring from the late 19th century. Set with a fancy cognac colour old European-cut diamond, a white diamond and a ruby accented with old-cut and rose-cut diamonds, all set in silver and mounted to a 14ct rose gold shank. Circa 1890.
