A Victorian opal heart pendant hanging within a sapphire and diamond oval link sphere on a 9ct yellow gold curb link chain. The sapphires are estimated weigh a total of 0.60cts and the tiny rose cut diamonds 0.24cts both set in silver to a gold back.
