A fine late Victorian opal and old cut diamond brooch-come-pendant; featuring a central round cabochon opal within a diamond surround, all nestled within an outer removeable section of cabochon opals and diamond-set fleur-de-lis accents.

The central section can be worn as a smaller circular pendant.
