Antique Victorian novelty 18ct gold brooch/pendant made c.1890.

The brooch features a very intricate yet well crafted design of a buckle set with diamonds and pearls.

The endearing and novelty appearance is distinctly Victorian and presents a wonderful combination of playfulness whilst also displaying an impressive level goldsmithing and gem setting.

Modest & elegant in size and colour, it is ideal to wear with a variety of clothes in all seasons whether be it on a blouse or a coat lapel in the winter. Furthermore, a chain could be looped behind the pin to wear it as a pendant too (we would recommend using a stopper to ensure extra security).
