A striking antique serpent pendant, the head of the snake featuring cabochon ruby set eyes and a 0.40ct cushion-cut diamond leading to smaller old-cut diamonds travelling throughout the body of the snake, edged with blue enamel. Mounted in silver on yellow gold.
