An elegant brooch set with five facetted sapphires; the central hexagon-cut stone is surrounded by marquise shaped sapphire above and below and fancy cut sapphires to the left and right reminiscent of a fleur-de-lis. All set with double prongs and decorated between with old-cut diamond set swirls. 19th century.
