A suffragette pendant set with a rose-cut diamond forget-me-not flower in the centre, with millegrain edges, green glass heart, further surround of a faceted heart shaped amethyst with the plaque in platinum and pearl and hand pierced to read "ROSEMARY REMEMBRANCE"
The natural pearl and rose-cut diamond set bale is attached to the heart shaped pendant with two, short, platinum chains, with natural seed pearls and fine, long, oval fetter links.

In the language of flowers rosemary symbolised remembrance. In Hamlet, by William Shakespeare, Ophelia said, "There's rosemary, that's for remembrance. Pray you, love, remember." It suggests that this piece was made in memory of Emily Wilding Davison, a suffragette, who was killed on Tattenham Corner, at the Epsom races, on the 8th June 1913. She was thought to have been trying to pin a suffragette ribbon onto the King's horse.
