This yellow sapphire is surrounded by 10 modern brilliant cut diamonds weighing 1.30ct in total, with two small diamonds on each shoulder to add that extra detailing and sparkle. It has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold band as a beautiful colourful cluster ring.
