A unique 14ct yellow gold ring set with a central natural oval blue sapphire surrounded by old-cut diamonds. The decorative ring shank depicts two females holding the ring crown from both sides.

• Please note 14ct gold ring shank has been added later (Circa 1950) and the crown with gemstones is antique Victorian (Circa 1890)
