Victorian Antique Ruby Sapphire Diamond Gold Double Head Snake Bangle Bracelet

A late 19th century, yellow gold bangle bracelet consisting of two snake heads crossing over each other, one of the heads set with an oval cluster of ruby and diamonds and the other head set with an oval cluster of sapphire and diamonds, with matching gem set eyes. The top section of the bangle engraved to represent scales. Secured with a hinge and with a safety chain. Circa 1890.
