An antique sapphire and diamond double cluster ring with a royal blue natural sapphire weighing approximately 1 carat surrounded by two rows of old cut diamonds (1.25cts) set in platinum millgrain to an 18ct gold gallery and shank. Head size 16mm x 17.5mm. Pretty engraving to side of shank.
