Antique Edwardian Pearl and Diamond Openwork Heart Brooch in Platinum

A delicate Edwardian platinum openwork heart-shaped brooch featuring a central pearl surrounded by old mine-cut, old European-cut, single-cut and rose-cut diamonds. Decorated with stylised scrolled and floral motifs. Secured to reverse with a hinged pin and trigger clasp fitting.

Pearl: approximately 7.9mm diameter, cream with pinkish overtone, not tested for natural or cultured origin.
Diamonds: approximately 1.87 carat total, F-H colour and VS/SI clarity.
Dimensions: 3.5cm x 3.3cm.
Gross Weight: 10.13 grams
