Antique Edwardian Opal Hearts and Diamond Brooch Pendant

Antique pendant set with heart shape opals and old cut diamonds, set in silver and backed with high carat gold.

The pendant bale is removeable with a fold down hinge.

This was originally a brooch/pendant but over the years the brooch fitting has been mislaid. The brooch fitting is still usable.
